Personal Information Collected Exclusively on the Website<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"24\">As part of our real estate services, we may collect the following information, either physically or digitally:<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"25\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"25,0,0\" class=\"translation-block\">Identity and contact information: Last name, first name, mailing address, email address, phone number. This information is primarily collected through our integrated Pipedrive forms.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"25,1,0\" class=\"translation-block\">Information about your real estate project: The type of unit you are looking for, your specific search criteria, and any other information provided through the Message box in the form at the bottom of the page.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"29\">2. Retention and Security<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"30\">We implement robust physical, technological, and administrative security measures to protect your data against theft, loss, or unauthorized access.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"31\">Your data is stored digitally in secure environments, including our customer relationship management (CRM) system, Pipedrive, which enforces strict security standards for data hosting. Where applicable, certain documents may be stored physically in locked filing cabinets. We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with legal retention periods.<\/p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"32\">3. Information Sharing<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"33\">To successfully carry out your real estate transaction, we may, with your consent, need to share certain information with partners subsequently involved in your file; however, you will be notified of this.<\/p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"35\">4.
